Roles & Responsibilities

Uni Globe Consultants is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Immigration Counselor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping clients achieve their relocation and resettlement goals through personalized guidance and professional consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration and visa processes. Conduct client assessments to determine eligibility for different immigration programs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and procedures. Communicate effectively with clients in Urdu, Bengali, Nepali, or Hindi to ensure clear understanding and comfort. Coordinate with the internal documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consulting, customer service, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Language: Fluency in at least one of the following — Urdu, Bengali, Nepali, or Hindi.
