Implementation Consultant Bilingual (Spanish & English) ADP

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and support training sessions; update training materials and prepare training environments.
• Assist clients during Testing and Go-Live phases.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project documentation (e.g., Configuration Audits).
• Execute client handover following ADP s standard methodology.

Project Planning & Management

• Apply ADP Workforce Manager strategically to minimize risk and maximize client value.
• Actively participate in team forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring activities.
• Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and Line Manager.
• Escalate project risks, scope changes, and delays as needed.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer within the Migration Team.
• Demonstrate expertise in ADP migration methodology and issue tracking processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (TSG, Hosting, Client Services, Project Management, Product Management) to ensure exceptional client service.
