This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position ideal for a technically inclined individual who enjoys working with data, following structured processes, and continuously improving operational workflows. You will serve as the primary owner of onboarding execution and ongoing client data requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from data intake through system configuration and validation
• Ingest, transform, and validate client data across multiple formats (CSV, Excel, GIS, etc.)
• Execute scripts and queries to load, update, and troubleshoot data within Oracle and MySQL databases
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues, discrepancies, and client requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of onboarding processes, client configurations, and data structures
• Identify inefficiencies in onboarding workflows and proactively suggest and implement process improvements
• Perform routine data maintenance tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Support ongoing client needs related to data updates, corrections, and system changes

• 1 3 years of experience in a technical, data-focused, or implementation-related role (or equivalent internship/academic experience)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Comfort working with databases, including writing and executing SQL queries
• Experience working with structured data formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, etc.)
• Ability to follow and improve repeatable processes with consistency
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate data issues independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and tasks simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle and/or MySQL preferred)
• Ability to run scripts and work within technical tools and internal systems
• Experience manipulating and validating large datasets
• Familiarity with data transformation and cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
