Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring import and export shipments from departure till arrival.
Following up the clearance process for each shipment.
Check and coordinate with customers regarding cargo delivery, offloading and loading containers
Demanding for shipping rates and offering quotations to customers
Booking containers, filling and sending necessary forms and all documents related to export shipments to the shipping companies
Coordinating with shipping companies regarding the collection date, export and import formalities
Filling and sending necessary forms to the inspection companies
Contact the operation sections in Shipping agencies/ Airlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- BA in Business administration
- Experience: 2 Years in the Freight Forwarding / Shipping field.
