Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, contracts, and shipping documentation.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cross-border operations.

Stay updated on changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and customs regulations affecting the sanitary ware industry.

Negotiate shipping rates and terms with logistics partners to optimize costs and service quality.

Support the sales and procurement teams with export documentation and logistics planning for large-scale projects.

Assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes related to shipments, customs clearance, or documentation.
