Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import and export processes for sanitary ware products, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Prepare, review, and process all necessary shipping, customs, and export documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers to optimize logistics costs and service quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export laws, tariffs, and trade agreements relevant to the Middle East and African markets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and quality assurance to align logistics with business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of all import/export transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Support the expansion of Huaye s export network by researching new markets and developing relationships with international partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in import and export operations, preferably within the manufacturing or sanitary ware industry.

  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shipments and logistics partners simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors, carriers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern and African trade markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess logistics performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Commitment to upholding company standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
