Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing
- Supplier monitoring and coordination of import operations
- Ensuring efficient supply and adherence to deadlines
- Order tracking and administrative document monitoring
- Mastery of purchasing and import procedures
- Sense of negotiation and organization
- Knowledge of international trade is appreciated.
- Good mastery of office tools
- Good mastery of purchasing, supply and import procedures
- Mastery of Incoterms, customs transit and import documentation
- Good mastery of Excel and ideally of an ERP
- Rigour, organisational skills, analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills, mastery of import procedures, and excellent organizational skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, international trade or management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in industry, building materials, aluminum or PVC is highly desirable.
