Handle the full import cycle, from receiving shipment details to final delivery.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare and review import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping declarations.
• Follow up on shipments and provide regular updates to the Import Manager.
• Communicate with customs brokers and ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations.
• Maintain updated records for all import transactions.
• Resolve any delays, discrepancies, or operational issues related to assigned shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business requirements and shipment schedules.
• Attend on-site meetings and handle tasks as required by the Import Manager.

5+ years of experience in local freight forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of shipping terms, customs procedures, and import documentation.
• Very good English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up.
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle fast-paced operational tasks.
