Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The IMS Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continually improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and applicable UAE regulations. The role ensures that all processes, operations, and projects comply with our standards and supports the organization in driving high performance in quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.
IMS Documentation & Compliance
Assurance of 100% documents reviewed /updated as per schedule.
Maintain minimal/No major non‑conformities attributed to documentation lapses.
Internal Audit Performance
Execution of annual Internal Audit Plan
Closing of Audit findings
External Audit Readiness
Ensure 100% timely documentation and record-keeping for audit readiness & submission of corrective actions.
Follow up on non-conformities, observations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
QHSE / IMS Training & Awareness
Ensure of employee IMS awareness training coverage
Assurance of Training session effectiveness.
IMS Performance Reporting
Timely submission of quarterly IMS/QHSE Reports
Maintain the accuracy of KPI dashboards & Management Review inputs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
Ensure 100% adherence to the department’s compliance with IMS procedure
Timely Support to the project team
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Measurable positive impact on KPI’s with the effectiveness of implemented improvements
Support the management review process with input and data.
100% Compliance with UAE Labor, Safety & Environmental regulation
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline is required.
Possession of certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 lead auditor certifications is highly desirable.
Experience with cybersecurity
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in quality, environmental, or health and safety management, with a focus on IMS implementation and maintenance.
Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments within a complex organizational environment.
