Inbound Launch & Configuration Program Manager, AMET - Supply Chain Afaq - Warehouse Branch

The Network Launch & Configuration Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring end-to-end launch readiness across all Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Stores spanning Core, Rush, and Now networks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the launch configuration readiness, including the definition of the scope, planning, and execution of launch configuration readiness projects, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and project plans.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional launch readiness activities across multiple teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, and Product teams.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives, processes, and sites.
• Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain launch readiness documentation, including project plans, process flows, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize launch processes and improve overall launch readiness.
