Role Overview

The Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound appointments, pitch products to qualified leads, and manage follow-ups to drive conversions. This role focuses on engaging inbound prospects, asking effective qualifying questions, nurturing relationships, and managing the full sales process from initial inquiry through deal closure.

Key Responsibilities Inbound Appointments & Sales Execution
  • Take inbound appointments from leads and conduct structured sales conversations.

  • Ask qualifying questions to understand prospect needs and readiness.

  • Pitch the product or service clearly and effectively to drive conversions.

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients.

  • Address questions and objections to move leads through the sales funnel.

  • Nurture relationships throughout the full sales cycle to increase close rates.

Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.

  • Schedule and complete an average of 6+ meetings per day.

  • Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales conversion goals.

CRM & Sales Tools
  • Track all lead interactions, follow-ups, and notes in the CRM.

  • Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date to support reporting and handoffs.

Product & Technology Knowledge
  • Leverage a strong understanding of technology to explain product features and benefits.

  • Confidently answer prospect questions related to the product and its use cases.

Qualifications Experience
  • 2 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS sales.

  • Experience managing inbound leads and full-cycle sales conversations.

Skills
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to ask effective questions, pitch products, and close deals.

  • Results-driven and motivated mindset with a focus on performance.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar tools.

  • Solid understanding of technology with the ability to explain technical products clearly to prospects.

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding the target of 6+ appointments per day.

  • Proactive, timely communication that keeps leads engaged.

  • Successful conversion of inbound leads into clients.

  • A clean, accurate, and well-maintained CRM that supports reporting and sales visibility.
