Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing travel itineraries and handling client requests.
Communicating with hotels and transportation companies to arrange bookings.
Following up with clients before and during their trips to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinating invoices and reservations with internal departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good command of the English language.
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
Previous experience in tourism or travel booking is preferred.
