Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve faults for Vodafone Germany enterprise customers.
Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and meet agreed KPIs.Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets.
Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Desired Candidate Profile
0 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations for IP complex solutions.
- Basic IP and voice knowledge; experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) minimum C1 level.Strong analytical skills.
