Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of the Inclusion Team, you will have responsibility to support the SENDCo in promoting the learning and personal development of students, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities ( SEND ).
As the Inclusion Teacher at the Arbor School, you will play a key role in embedding and fostering a learning culture centred around our Strategic Intent and Guiding Visions: The Mission Statement and the Arbor Promise.

Desired Candidate Profile
Native-level English language skills
Bachelor s degree in Inclusion, SEND or similar, with a PGCE in SEND/ QTS or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a reputable school (British curriculum preferred)
A track record of outstanding teaching and learning and an ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment
