Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
They prepare invoices and ensure accurate billing for guests, companies, and travel agents.
They actively follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances, ensuring payments are received within agreed credit terms to maintain healthy cash flow.
They perform regular reconciliation of all AR accounts and promptly investigate any discrepancies, resolving issues in coordination with relevant departments.
They ensure all credit applications, approval letters, contracts, and supporting documents are properly maintained, updated, and filed to meet audit and policy requirements.
They generate accurate AR aging reports on a weekly and monthly basis and submit them to management, highlighting overdue accounts and potential risks.
They collaborate closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to resolve billing queries, rate discrepancies, posting errors, or missing backup documents.
They strictly follow hotel accounting procedures and Accor financial standards, ensuring all AR processes meet internal controls, audit requirements, and brand policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Front Office management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software applications
- Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
