Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
•As the Senior Outreach & Communications Specialist, your primary objective is to drive engagement, foster partnerships, and enhance the visibility of our incubation programs within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will scout for potential startups, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and execute various outreach initiatives to support the growth and success of incubated startups. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in content creation, event coordination, and data collection, contributing significantly to the overall success and impact of our entrepreneurship support efforts.
Job Accountabilities
•Scout potential startups from different ecosystem events.
Identify and establish partnerships with different stakeholders: coworking spaces, institutions, NGOs, etc. who generate potential pipeline of entrepreneurs/startups.
Arrange and delivers info sessions about Start IT in all Creativa hubs.
Assist in the online and offline promotion of Start IT rounds.
Develop the content for TIEC Incubation Department social media.
Manage and arrange incubated startups monthly meetings and networking events.
Scout potential mentors.
Scout angel investors to invite in the Breakfast with an investor program .
Participate in the implementation of the Breakfast with an investor program .
Collect data regarding the number of startups incubated in different incubators and accelerators in the ecosystem.
Responsible for editing incubating startups news and updates on Egypt Innovate.
Assist in new incubated startups selection and induction processes.
Support in collecting the amount of investment in Egyptian startups from different sources.
Prepare and present different reports as requested.
Desired Candidate Profile
•BA in Mass Communication or Business Administration.
Master degree is a plus.
Required Experience
•From 5 to 8 years of practical experience preferably in a startup or in an organization that supports startups.
Knowledge of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is a plus.
Great Knowledge of the ICT industry in terms of terminology, business drivers, challenges, market landscape, etc.
Required Skills
•Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proficient computer skills and perfect command of MS Office.
Excellent research and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent report writing skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
