Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and present clear technical proposals for process instrumentation solutions that accurately reflect customer needs and project specifications.
Efficiently interact with manufacturers and suppliers based in India and China.
Read and understand process instrumentation datasheets.
Match the technical specifications requested by clients or end users with the quotes submitted by manufacturers or suppliers.
Coordinate effectively with the UAE-based team and be available from 8 AM to 6 PM UAE time.(Monday to Saturday)
Conduct in-depth site surveys and client consultations to understand process challenges and identify optimal instrumentation solutions.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions and ensure technical feasibility and competitive pricing.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals for instrumentation projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation from a reputed Indian institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or proposal engineering for process and measuring instrumentation in India.
Deep understanding of flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation principles and applications.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and proposal generation tools for efficient sales management.

Build meaningful relationships with both UAE Team and suppliers/Manufacturers
Provide expert technical support for process and field instruments
