Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the dough for parathas and puris, experimenting with different flours and ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and taste profile.
  • Expertly manage the frying process for puris, maintaining optimal oil temperature and achieving the perfect puffiness and golden-brown color.
  • Master the art of crafting a variety of parathas and puris, ensuring perfect texture, flavor, and appearance every time, from simple aloo paratha to complex stuffed variants.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times, preventing cross-contamination.
  • Ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours, coordinating with other kitchen staff to meet customer demands and minimize wait times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Shows fluency in Hindi and English, enabling effective communication with team members and customers.
