Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare Arabic foods

  • Manage inventory and stock levels of spices, herbs, and other ingredients, maintaining freshness and quality for all dishes.

  • Plan and develop new recipes while experimenting with regional flavors to enhance the menu offerings.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to health and safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.

  • Formal culinary training or a diploma in cookery from a recognized institution, focusing on Indian culinary arts.

  • Proficiency in Arabic cooking equipment, such as tandoors and pressure cookers.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English , with knowledge of regional languages being a plus.
