Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the Department to comply with the CCP s standards.
2. Prepare timely and accurate functional reports to meet the requirements, objectives and standards of the Department and the CCP.
3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Ensure monitoring on the market and clearing members.
5. Develop and update of the risk management policies and procedures.
6. Support in the risk system tests of key applications, bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades, deployment and maintenance.
7. Design and create process flow design of Risk processes and Process and report automation.
8. Support business development and other business related or regulatory changes with risk assessment and impact analysis.
9. Manage Internal Ratings exercise for members and counterparties including limit setting.
10. Support in default management process: hedging, auctions, position close out and process testing.

3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Econometrics as well as having a graduate degree in above mentioned fields or another quantitative field
4 + years of experience in treasury middle office and/or risk management of financial institution
A Professional Qualification in Risk Management (such as FRM or PRM) is preferred.
Familiarity with quantitative modeling, such as Value at Risk calculation methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office -especially in Excel and Power BI - and preferably one of the following: R, Python, VBA, Matlab, SQL and etc.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian or GCC capital market; knowledge of financial products especially derivatives will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, in both Arabic and English.
Proactive, attention to details and a good team player.
