Ensure a good relationship with the Purchasing Organizations of the other PL s

• Maintain a professional working relationship with key stakeholders
• Lead and manage the relationship with suppliers
• Develop and maintain all relevant commodity strategies
• Develop and drive activities to reach and exceed the targets
• Financial targets e.g. savings, payment terms, warehousing, commercial contracting
• Quality targets e.g. SCR and ppm levels, quality contracts, supplier development projects
• Logistics targets e.g. warehousing, packaging, transport, contracting
• Special projects
• Control the supplier selection and business award process
• Organize and execute the RFQ process according the agreed upon rules and processes
• Plan and organize a timely, transparent, sourcing decision
• Foster innovation input from suppliers and promote it into Electrolux organization
• Negotiate beneficial contracts for Electrolux
• Ensure compliance with Electrolux procedures
• Have a proper, up-to-date administration
• Handling MRO commodity & part of the PS

• Good Negotiation Skills
• Engineering Background is a must
• Good knowledge of project Management
• Proven track record of effective purchasing in a multinational environment
• Proven effectiveness in a complex matrix organization, ability to coordinate/lead contribution from other functions like R&D or Quality
• Forecasting & Planning
• Contract management
• Strategic sourcing
• Vendor management
