We’re Hiring: Indirect Procurement Lead

Reports to: Purchasing Manager

UTEC is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Lead to manage and transform our indirect sourcing activities across multiple categories.

What You’ll Do

• Drive strategic sourcing and category management across MRO, logistics, IT, HR services, marketing, facilities, and more.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contracts, and SLAs to ensure best-in-class partnerships.
• Oversee procurement operations in SAP, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations (MODON, VAT, ZATCA).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to support business objectives.
• Implement digital procurement tools and performance dashboards with the Digital Transformation team.
• Monitor supplier performance, optimize costs, and support sustainability initiatives. What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/CIPS/PMP a plus).
• 6–8 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in indirect sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM module), Excel, and procurement analytics tools.
• Fluency in English & Arabic.
• Background in manufacturing or ETO environments preferred.
