Collaborate with my internal customers

Maintain close contact with internal clients to better understand their needs and be able to meet them

Participate in and even manage calls for tender

Negotiate offers

Negotiate and implement contracts when necessary (in collaboration with the legal department)

Be a force for proposals

Conduct sourcing to identify new providers, new solutions, and improvements

Conduct benchmarks

Make improvement proposals (price, quality, lead time, service), and provide advice to my internal clients

Identify and manage risky situations

Participate in dispute management with suppliers when necessary

Identify risky situations (monopoly, supplier failure risk, etc.) and propose solutions

Communicate internally

Collaborate with the Indirect Purchasing community (sharing best practices, etc.)

Maintain activity reports

Participate to the drafting and implementation of the indirect purchasing strategy
