Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Indoor Sales and Procurement Assistant to support both sales and purchasing operations. This dual-role position involves handling internal sales inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth flow of materials and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best terms (price, delivery, quality).


Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).


Track delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.


Maintain supplier records and documentation.


Assist in stock level monitoring and reorder point planning.


Coordinate with the warehouse and finance teams regarding incoming goods and invoice matching.


Indoor Sales Duties:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.


Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, offers, and tenders.


Enter and process sales orders into the ERP system.


Coordinate with logistics for order deliveries.


Assist sales team with customer follow-up, product availability, and documentation.


Maintain and update customer database and sales records.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.


1 3 years of experience in sales support and/or procurement (preferably in trading, industrial, or electrical sectors).


Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central) is a plus.


Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Fluent in English and [Arabic/French] as required.
