Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products. The ideal candidate will assist customers in product selection, close sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their requirements, providing professional and courteous service at all times.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and prepare invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on customer requirements and monitor ongoing projects through to completion.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude. Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of sales documentation and invoicing processes. Experience in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials sales is an advantage.
