Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Greet and assist walk-in clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Present product features, specifications, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented professionally.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Sales & Customer Service Skills
Strong indoor/showroom sales experience (preferably in premium building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, or interior finishes)
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable high-end products
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong follow-up skills to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Ability to handle walk-in clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers professionally
2. Product Knowledge
Good understanding of premium building materials and interior finishing products
Ability to explain technical specifications, features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Capability to compare products and suggest alternatives based on client budget and project needs
3. Communication Skills
Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills with a confident and professional approach
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
4. Customer Handling & Relationship Management
Ability to manage high-profile clients
Strong listening skills and customer-oriented mindset
Professional grooming and showroom etiquette
Ability to handle objections and complaints effectively
5. Technical & Administrative Skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
Coordination with warehouse/logistics for order processing and delivery updates
6. Personal Attributes
