Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

SALES :

  • Assisting clients through each step of the indoor sales process:
  • Customer reception
  • Discovering clients needs
  • Select the correct product or assist customers in making product selections, based on customer s needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
  • Helping the clients resolve any concerns or questions that they may have, contact the company s professionals for any additional professional detail needed to provide the client accurate details
  • Contacting the stock keeper to make sure that the item requested is available in stock and in good condition
  • Complete the sale by issuing invoices and receipts and follow up with the customer and the stock keeper so they can collect their item or with the drivers to deliver the item to the client
  • Keeping the customers up to date on price list changes
  • Receiving inbound telephone calls, whatsapp messages, and emails concerning orders, delivery, and product inquiries
  • Maintain customer records, using automated system
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements

MONITIRING:

  • Creating a daily schedule for the drivers and coordinating their daily routing
  • Tracking their daily routing on Malia Track (GPS)
  • Check the stock on a weekly basis for remaining items to place order when needed
