Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Answering phone calls and forwarding them to the right person,

1. Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person,

2. Serve and sell clients at company s showroom,

3. Perform regular inventory to showroom stock and order missing items from warehouse

4. Perform clerical, receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing, order offices suppliers, etc .

5. Enter purchase orders on ERP system,

6. Invoicing customer s orders.


Qualifications and Skills

- Degree in Business administration or any related field (BT/TS),

- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative job,

- Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP system,

- Excellent communication skills

- Organizational skills
