Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Service the clients at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and recommend / introduce new items for purchase.

· Ensure proper shelf display.

· Replenish out of stock and replace short expiry dates.

· Implement the approved merchandising at all times.

· Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.

· Monitors expired and damaged items and arrange replacement beforehand.

· Make sure to maintain the showroom clean at all times.

· Ensure zero variance in stock within the retail outlet.

· Receives the items requiring maintenance and follows up closely to ensure returning the serviced equipment to the client on time.

· Control the cash payments and ensure that they are equal to the sales conducted daily.

· Manage the process of the sale, returns / refunds as per company policy.

· Assist the retail outlet manager in the daily communication and in the follow-up on the stocks.

· Attend to client phone calls.

· Issue accurate reports at the end of the day reporting to the retail outlet manager on total transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory

· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven negotiation skills, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals/target
