Appropriately managing customer checkout and POS cash;

Appropriately executing the floor merchandising and promotions;

Complying to rules and regulations and managing stores’ performances;

Handling the effective customer complaints and issues resolution;

Managing storage operations such as receipt, storage and issuance of products for display/merchandising;

Managing stock controls and movements as per demands and needs;

Maintaining stock quantities, consumption and loss reports.

Building brand awareness during the interaction with the customers.

Executing all the activities with applicable ISO standards and workplace policies and adheres to all safety guidelines.

Ensuring the compliance & closure of non-conformities.

Assess, manage and mitigate risks and maintain the documentation.

Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Learn and expand and carry out any other responsibilities that seniors may assign from time to time.
