Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and elegant manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals

- Minimum 2 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Fluent in English and French
