Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reach POS weekly/monthly target and maintain raking standard

Handle the opening and closing of the shop and maintain work area in a clean and organized manner

Ensure excellent customer service

Possess comprehensive knowledge of the marketed brand in charge of, in order to answer satisfactorily all clients questions in that respect and reach set target

Secure adequate storage, shelving and visibility in POS

Optimize stock management and ensure healthy stock levels

Conduct post/pre sales follow-up calls

Maintain distinguished relations with POS owner and staff

Create and update POS clients database

Provide recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales and retention tools

Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives

Provide ongoing feedback to the Store Manager regarding store activities, to keep everything monitored and take immediate actions when necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

BA in Management or equivalent

Up to 1 year experience in sales. Luxury retail sales is a plus
