Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers within the office to understand their automation gate needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of automatic gate systems, including garage doors, swing gates, sliding gates, and traffic barriers.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and product information tailored to customer requirements.
  • Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer records, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM tools and internal systems.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets as set by management.
  • Participate in training sessions and product workshops to enhance technical and sales skills.
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing customer queries and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automation, technology, or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an office-based or showroom environment.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product specifications and features.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and sales cycles.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving product lines and customer needs.

Fluency in English.
