Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain and update customer records
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in indoor/inside sales or customer service is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
