Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and identify their needs in a professional manner.
  • Present and sell stationery, school supplies, and related products.
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain organized product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic sales documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle objections politely and effectively.
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in indoor sales or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a sales-driven attitude.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Basic knowledge of stationery and school supplies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is a must.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
