Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounting departments.
Enter and manage data using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision).
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in indoor sales or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision is a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
