Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the software industry (ERP, POS, or business solutions preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
