Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Relations Management
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and strong product knowledge in all customer and third-party interactions.
- Welcome customers warmly and offer attentive assistance throughout their visit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- Promote the company s image and uphold its reputation in every customer interaction.
Sales
- Identify customer needs and recommend furniture solutions that align with their space, style preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and thorough product information, including materials, dimensions, warranty terms, and delivery options.
- Transfer all B2B inquiries to the Wholesale Department promptly and professionally.
- Fill custom requests accurately and forward to the Interior Design Department using the designated forms.
- Prepare proforma invoices, incorporating customer feedback where appropriate while remaining within the company s pricing and discounting policies. Seek Branch Manager approval when necessary.
- Accurately invoice sold items and ensure customer signatures are secured on invoices and customer has read and confirmed company s policy.
- For custom orders, ensure the appropriate forms are completed with item codes, names, full descriptions, and detailed customization notes.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and updated product displays in coordination with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Stay up to date with the company s product lines, ongoing promotions, and market trends.
- Check availability of quoted items, confirm lead times, and inform customers of delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate customer data in both the agenda and company database, ensuring no misinformation or inconsistencies.
After Sales
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with customers who visited the showroom but did not complete a purchase.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and confirm delivery appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
- Handle after-sales issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters to the Branch Manager and Customer Service Supervisor regarding product defect claims or technical support requests, ensuring all matters are addressed as per company policy.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of all customer complaints and service requests.
Target Setting & Achievement
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor and improve deal closing (win) ratios.
- Ensure high accuracy in all orders and proforma to minimize errors.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in the timely collection of receivables
Market Feedback and reporting
- Provide structured feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to the Branch Manager or higher management through regular reporting as requested.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Baccalaureate Diploma or TS sales or equivalent.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Customer oriented.
Problem solver.
Good negotiator.
Excellent communicator.
Accountable & responsible.
Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office.
Languages: Read, speak, and write Arabic and English. French is an asset
