Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and inventory databases.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor and follow up on pending orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including documentation and filing.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Bachelor s degree in Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
