Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair salon tools and equipment (e.g., hair clippers, trimmers, dryers, straighteners, styling chairs).
Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including part replacement and calibration.
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Test repaired equipment to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate repair records and service reports.
Identify faulty components and recommend repairs or replacements.
Keep tools, workspace, and repair area clean and organized.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with inventory or service teams for spare parts and job status updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical and mechanical repairs
Experience repairing small appliances or salon/beauty equipment (preferred)
Ability to use testing tools (multimeter, voltage tester, basic hand tools)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to follow repair manuals and safety standards
Education & Experience
Technical certificate, vocational training, or equivalent experience preferred
2–5 years of experience in equipment, appliance, or electronics repair (salon equipment experience is a plus)
