Roles & Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION:

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in the development and monitoring of a portfolio of industrial customers. Your mission will be to prospect new customers and markets, to implement the commercial strategy in order to develop turnover and profitability, to offer services adapted to the needs of your interlocutors, to ensure the management of commercial opportunities, to establish technical and commercial offers, and to ensure their follow-up until customer satisfaction.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prospecting & business

development Carry out competitive intelligence and analyze market needs.

Identify decision-makers and prescribers.

Carry out sales visits.

Propose solutions adapted to the challenges of customers.

Participate in trade shows and other industry events.

2. Realization of technical and commercial

offers Evaluate customer needs and expectations, organize site visits.

Participate in the definition and choice of the service in line with the customer's needs.

Develop and draft appropriate technical and commercial offers.

Raise customer awareness of environmental issues, regulations and safety constraints.

3. Customer Relationship Management & Portfolio

Development Develop a relationship of trust with existing industrial customers.

Carry out a follow-up of contracts and customer loyalty and satisfaction actions.

Ensure contract

renewals Develop turnover and offer additional services.


RESEARCH PROFILE

Education:

Bac +5 – Business schools, engineering schools or equivalent

higher education Experience:

Professional experience of at least 10 years in the industrial, construction or environmental sector.

Skills & abilities:

Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer

service Mobility throughout the Kingdom, frequent travel

Good mastery of sales, animation and negotiation

techniques Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Very good writing and analytical

skills Team spirit

Sense of customer service and advice

Interest in topics related to the environment
