Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and optimize rubber formulations based on technical requirements.
- Work on rubber-to-metal/aluminium adhesion (selection of adhesives, primers, surface treatments).
Conduct physical and chemical testing: hardness, tensile strength, aging.
- Monitor material quality and analyze scrap rates.
- Collaborate with the production department to ensure industrial reproducibility.
- Train technicians on best practices in formulation and testing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree: Masters or PhD in Materials Chemistry, Polymers, or Rubber Technology.
Experience: minimum 5 years in the rubber or automotive industry.
Skills: rubber formulation, rubber-to-metal adhesion, mechanical testing.
Languages: French or Arabic or English.
Qualities: rigor, analytical thinking, teaching ability, precision.
