Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Define and deploy the industrial strategy in line with the overall strategy
- Optimize production costs and productivity
- Monitor performance indicators (KPI: quality, costs, deadlines, safety)
- Conduct continuous improvement projects
- Supervise all production sites
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards and safety standards
- Ensure production continuity and management of industrial capacities
- Manage industrial maintenance
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations in force
- Implement safety policies and risk prevention
- Supervise and develop industrial and technical teams
- Structure the organization and support change
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation:
- Engineering degree or Bac +5 (industrial engineering, mechanics, production, etc.)
Exp rience:
- 10-15 years of industrial experience, including significant management experience
