Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize production and logistics flows (components, electronic boards, vistronic sub-assemblies)
Leading continuous improvement and industrial performance projects
Identify the levers for productivity and cost reduction
Establish and monitor industrial KPIs
Participate in the sizing of resources (capacities, workloads, industrial resources)
Optimize the organization of electronic/vistronics production lines and workstations
Contribute to the resolution of operational and technical problems
Deploy Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED)
Collaborating with the Methods, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams
Participate in industrialization and process optimization projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation :
Industrial Engineering / Production / Industrial Organization Engineer
A specialization or experience in electronics/Vistronics is an asset
Experience :
Experience in an industrial environment and in continuous improvement/performance
Experience in electronics/vistronics preferred
Experience in the aeronautical sector is highly valued.
Skills & knowledge:
Industrial engineering and industrial organization
Analysis and optimization of industrial flows
Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing
Cost analysis and industrial productivity
Industrial project management
Electronic/vistronic processes and product constraints (traceability, ESD, quality)
Aeronautical quality standards (EN9100, ISO9001)
Tools: ERP (SAP or equivalent), Excel, Lean tools, project management tools
