Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard times (SMVs).
- Improve production efficiency and line performance.
- Support capacity planning and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets.
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.
- Strong knowledge of time study, motion study, and work measurement.
- Experience in line balancing, SMV calculation, and productivity improvement.
- Ability to analyze production data and support efficiency optimization.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
