Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using industrial engineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Monitor production metrics and prepare detailed reports on process performance, recommending actionable improvements.
  • Design and layout manufacturing workstations for optimal workflow, safety, and ergonomics.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and labor requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in process optimization (entry-level candidates may apply for junior roles).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel (advanced), and statistical tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
