Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support in designing workflow, workstations, and layout optimization.
- Participate in data collection and analysis for production performance metrics.
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
- Help in preparing reports and documentation related to process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and operations management.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
