Job Title: IE Manager
Department: Industrial Engineering
Reports To: Continuous Improvement (CI) I Director
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering Department
Develop manpower standards and SMVs for all production areas
Drive productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives
Approve line balancing and manpower plans
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and HR
Present performance analysis and improvement reports to senior management
Requirements
BSc in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 10 years of IE experience in garment manufacturing
Strong knowledge of denim production
Proven leadership and analytical skills
Advanced Excel and reporting skills

Job Title: Senior IE Engineer
Reports To: IE Manager
Key Responsibilities
Supervise IE Engineers across departments
Review time & motion studies and line balancing results
Support complex productivity improvement projects
Coach and train junior IE staff
Act as deputy to the IE Manager when required
Requirements
BSc in Engineering
5 7 years of garment IE experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Title: IE Engineer Sewing
Key Responsibilities
Conduct time and motion studies for sewing operations
Balance sewing lines and optimize manpower
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
Support production teams to improve line efficiency
Maintain SMVs for different styles
Requirements
BSc in Engineering
2 5 years of IE experience in garment factories
Strong knowledge of sewing operations (denim preferred)
Good Excel skills

Job Title: IE Engineer Cutting
Key Responsibilities
Analyse manpower and machine utilization in cutting
Optimize cutting layouts and workflow
Reduce idle time and material handling losses
Coordinate with Planning and Sewing departments
Requirements
BSc in Engineering
2 5 years of IE or production planning experience
Experience in garment cutting operations preferred

Job Title: IE Engineer Washing / Finishing
Key Responsibilities
Analyze manpower and process flow in washing and finishing
Optimize batch sizes and machine utilization
Reduce turnaround time and rework
Improve coordination with Quality and Sewing departments
Requirements
BSc in Engineering
Experience in denim washing / finishing is a strong advantage
Analytical and improvement-oriented mindset.
