Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Reporting to the Industrial Resources (MI) entity within the MI-MG-SSE department, you will be responsible for the technical availability of the CNC machine tools at Safran Aircraft Engine Services Casablanca (SAESC). Working closely with the Maintenance Methods team and the Planner, you will ensure the operational readiness of the site's critical equipment.
Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Carry out interventions according to the established maintenance plan to guarantee long-term reliability.
Corrective Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns, establish a precise diagnosis, and estimate machine downtime.
Service Continuity: Propose and deploy secure contingency solutions to minimize production downtime.
Acceptance & Installation: Actively participate in the technical acceptance and commissioning of new industrial equipment.
Performance Optimization: Propose technical solutions to improve the maintainability and reliability of equipment.
Technical Management: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of remote maintenance solutions.
Support for Service Providers: Manage and provide technical support to external maintenance teams during specialized interventions.
CMMS Traceability: Rigorously record all interventions in the CMMS to capitalize on historical data and enable performance analysis.
Reporting: Provide periodic activity reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of a 2-year post-secondary degree in Industrial Maintenance with a specialization in CNC (Computer Numerical Control).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the maintenance of complex industrial equipment with CNC controls.
Skills in CNC control and SIEMENS PLCs on machine tools, SIEMENS 840D CNC.
Rigor, autonomy, and technical curiosity.
Availability for any telephone support to the MI maintenance team.
Strong team spirit and ability to communicate in a production environment.
Keen awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental rules (LOTO, wearing PPE, waste management).
