Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Reporting to the Industrial Resources (MI) entity within the MI-MG-SSE department, you will be responsible for the technical availability and proper electromechanical functioning of the production equipment at Safran Aircraft Engine Services Casablanca (SAESC). Working closely with the Maintenance Methods team and the Planner, you will ensure the site's industrial resources remain in operational condition.
Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Carry out interventions according to the established maintenance plan to guarantee long-term reliability.
Corrective Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns, establish a precise diagnosis (troubleshooting electrical or mechanical faults), and estimate machine downtime.
Service Continuity: Propose and deploy secure temporary solutions to minimize production downtime while awaiting final repairs.
Reception & Installation: Actively participate in the assembly, adjustment, and commissioning of new industrial equipment.
Performance Optimization: Propose technical solutions (simple mechanical or electrical modifications) to improve the maintainability and reliability of equipment.
Multi-technical Expertise: Perform maintenance interventions on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Support for Service Providers: Manage and provide technical support to external maintenance teams during specialized interventions.
CMMS Traceability: Rigorously record all interventions in the CMMS to maintain historical data and enable performance analysis.
Reporting: Provide periodic activity reports to the Industrial Maintenance Supervisor.
Job Requirements
: Education: Minimum of a 2-year post-secondary degree in electromechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in industrial equipment maintenance in a demanding environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic) and good knowledge of machine diagnostics.
Soft Skills: Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, and technical curiosity.
Availability: Ability to provide technical assistance to the MI maintenance team when needed.
Team Spirit: Strong team spirit and ability to communicate effectively with production operators.
Safety & Environment: Keen awareness of HSE rules (lockout/tagout, wearing PPE, sorting industrial waste).
